Denition of all selectable output signals as soon as pressure transmitter is selected for
the calibration. Depending on whether it is a voltage or a current signal, the multimeter
will be congured and, if required, a shunt will be needed.
Denition:
“Lower range limit” = Start of measuring range
“Upper range limit” = End of measuring range
The COM port for the calibration items will be discovered automatically. Under
“Baudrate duc”, the baud rate is set with which the measurements will be made.
If a mass ↔ pressure calculation is carried out for pressure balances with WIKA-CAL,
the values will be corrected. The specication of the height dierence to the test item
corrects the calculated pressure value around the entered height dierence. The
accuracy of the measured height dierence is entered into the measuring uncertainty
calculation.
The residual pressure is also required for the correction with pressure balances, though
only for absolute instruments. The accuracy with which this is measured is added to the
measurement uncertainty.
