6.3.18 References (Pressure)

Under “References (Pressure)”, all standards that will be used in the software are

listed. Depending on the instrument model, there are dierent entries to choose from.

If a standard is not assigned to any work station, this standard can be used at any work

station. This is recommended if the standard is to be used in dierent work stations.

Each standard has its own settings which depend on the selected instrument model.

“Stability range (%FS)” is the pressure range in which the reference pressure value,

on driving to the nominal value (e.g. with pressure controllers), must be stable for the

“Stability time (s)” until the duc value is read and the next pressure value can be

driven to.

“Stability time (s)” is the time in which a reference maintains the pressure value until

the duc value is read and the next pressure value is driven to.

“Piston stability (mm)” is the range in which the oating position must be stable for

the “Stability time (s)” until the duc value is read and the next pressure value can be

driven to.
